CRITICAL: Node is NOT a financial service provider, cryptocurrency exchange, broker, or investment advisor. We manufacture and sell physical hardware wallet devices only.

Our hardware wallets are physical storage devices designed to:

  • Store cryptocurrency private keys offline
  • Provide secure transaction signing capabilities
  • Protect against online threats and malware
  • Enable secure cryptocurrency management

We do NOT provide:

  • Cryptocurrency exchange or trading services
  • Investment advice or financial planning
  • Wallet hosting or cloud storage services
  • Money transmission or payment processing
  • Banking or financial institution services
3. Product Usage and Limitations

Hardware wallets have specific limitations and requirements:

Device Limitations:

  • Requires compatible software for transactions
  • Internet connection needed for blockchain interaction
  • User responsible for device security and backup
  • Recovery seed phrases must be stored securely
  • Device damage may result in permanent loss

User Responsibilities:

  • Proper device setup and configuration
  • Secure storage of recovery information
  • Regular firmware updates
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency risks
  • Compliance with local regulations
4. Orders and Payment

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders

8. Warranty and Support

Hardware Warranty:

  • 2-year limited hardware warranty
  • Covers manufacturing defects only
  • Does not cover user damage or misuse
  • Warranty void if device is tampered with

Support Services:

  • Technical support for device setup
  • Firmware update assistance
  • General usage guidance
  • No recovery of lost funds or keys
9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products or services for:

  • Illegal activities or money laundering
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Reverse engineering or unauthorized modification
  • Resale without proper authorization
  • Activities that could harm our reputation
10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through:
